Making customers happy BEFORE they order

We received this email from Theresa in Alta Loms, CA

Wow, I am so impressed with you guys already and I haven't even received my feeder yet. Not only has my request for the repositioning of the support been simply accomodated, but you even have images! I believe that I am ordering from a very competent and pleasant company on this one... ...Thank you again, and me and my Great Dane look forward to receiving our lovely feeder shortly.
