P.S. My 13-yr-old smooth fox terrier finds meal times much less stressful now that he doesn’t have to bend his creaky old frame down to the ground to eat.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for my custom-sized double dish for Hop Sing, my senior/blind dog. It is PERFECT…. this morning was his first time using it and he didn’t have to strain to bend over and found his dish so much more easily than he ever has with the lower height one I had before. My wife, Andrea, and I were able to stop by Mackenzie’s and drop off the donation and donate some of our time with the rescue dogs there. What an amazing place and an amazing group of people. The sanctuary is a no kill facility, and the patient people there work with all kinds of dogs in need. I am positive our next dog will come from Mackenzie’s, and we’ll be back to volunteer again very soon!
