In this episode the Extreme Makeover team helps out the Miller Family. The Millers are well known and passionate champions for all animals, and have committed their lives to saving and placing hundreds of unwanted and abused animals, many of which were close to being put to death in shelters.

The DeAeth Family

The show helped out the DeAeth family of Washington, Texas, who run their True Blue Animal Rescue organization out of their home. The DeAeths are the first people the Texas law enforcement calls when they find abused and neglected animals. Their True Blue Animal Rescue organization provides a safe haven to horses, dogs and other animals that need loving care.
