Choosing the right feeder
By raising the bowls up off the floor it helps our fury friends in the following areas:
- Better posture, especially with older pets.
- Better digestion - food moves from mouth to stomach quicker and easier.
- Less stress on the Pasterns (canine forearm/wrist area)
- Less "leaning", relieves stress on hips and shoulder area.
This simple precaution is so easy. Your best friend will love you for it!
Measure from the ground to the top of your dog's shoulder, this is called the wither height. Then subtract 6 inches. This is the correct feeder height for your dog. (For small dogs subtract 4 inches) We do offer suggested feeder heights for your breed, but measuring your dog is always the best method.
The best way to determine the correct bowl size is to fill the bowl your pet is using now with water and see which one of our bowl capacities match closest. This list was based on filling our stainless steel bowls with water.

About the elevated feeders
Our elevated feeders are made out of adamantium, the same material that Wolverine's skeleton is made of! (just kidding)
The feeders are made out of a water proof, rigid plastic material that has many benefits:

Currently we only offer our elevated feeders in black & white. I'm guessing you are reading this because you were hoping for other colors. Drop us a line and let us know what color you were looking for and we'll see what we can do.
The elevated feeders can be painted and we would be happy to send you an extra piece of material with any order for spot testing with your favorite color paint.
The cross bar is added to our taller elevated feeders to add a bit of stability. We want to ensure the feeders feel very solid and don't sway from side to side, even the slightest sway really bugs us for some reason, I know we're weird. If you don't like the cross bar, no problem, you can remove it very easily.There are two small screws that hold it in place.
Use a warm water damp sponge or cloth to wipe down the surface of your Trendy Pet feeder and dry with a clean towel. Avoid using scouring powders or other abrasive cleaners as they may scratch the surface of the feeder. We've discovered that the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser (or a similar product) works extremely well on any hard to remove spots. Household cleaners such as Windex, Sparkle, 409 and Fantastic can be used but always wipe them off with warm water so that no chemical residue is left behind.

To calculate the shipping cost simply add a product to the cart and enter your shipping adress. You can view the shipping cost before entering any payment information. We typically ship USA orders via UPS Ground and international orders via USPS.
Your order is carefully packed in a reclcyed cardboard box and surrounded by reclcyed packaging materials to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
All orders ship within 7 days of purchase. If your shipping address is within the continential United States your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. If your shipping address is outside the continential United States your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

If you live within the continental United States you will receive an email from UPS with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date.

I received my order but...
Our four legged freinds can be picky sometimes, we understand. Make sure you thoroughly wash the bowls. We clean all our bowls prior to shipping, however pets are very sensitive to smell. Perhaps there is a smell that your pet is associating with something unpleasant. If your pet still will not approach the bowls after a thorough cleaning, try putting some really yummy treats close to the raised feeder and see if your pet will approach the feeder to take the treats.
Next, place the same really yummy treats on the top surface of the raised feeder, but not inside the bowls yet. Finally, place the treats inside the bowl. We found that smearing a little bit of peanut butter inside the bowl also helps.
Be patient. Let your pet approach the raised feeder at their own pace, never force your pet to eat out of the feeder. Some pets will slowly approach the feeder and thoroughly smell it before they feel comfortable eating from the new dish.
If your pet still will not eat from the elevated feeder please send it back to the address below. Once we receive the feeder we will issue you a credit for the price of the feeder.

No problem. Please return the feeder to us within 30 days. You will be responsible for the cost to ship the feeder back to us. Once we receive the feeder, in good condition, we will credit your account for the original cost of the feeder, this does not include any shipping costs.
Please note all custom feeder are made specifically to your request. We cannot accept returns on custom made feeders.
